    Recruiting Operations Coordinator/Scheduler - Cincinnati, United States - Qual IT Resources

    Description

    As a recruiting coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from beginning to end.

    Required experience:


    • Experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook and ability to navigate business systems (Greenhouse and Workday preferred but not required)


    • Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail and multi- tasking, especially in fast-paced, high-volume work


    • Ability to problem solve and think critically when faced with a roadblock


    • Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment


    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates, etc


    • At least 6+ months of coordination experience in an office environment


    • Must be a Flexible; Open-Minded individual, that is also a Team Player and Detail oriented.


    • High Volume coordinating experience is helpful, but not required

    Key Responsibilities


    • Working with Recruiters to organize video interviews for candidates and internal employees via Outlook and Greenhouse applicant tracking system


    • Managing candidate pipeline using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Trello and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets


    • Assisting with the pre-employment process for new hires, including but not limited to maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday.


    • Collaborating and assisting with University Recruiting efforts as needed

    **Hybrid schedule- M,T, W in-office every week, must live in or around Cincinnati.

    Working hours: 40 hours/week (8am-5pm)
