    Role Summary:


    As the Implementation Specialist, you will be leading the support team to ensure excellent customer service by handling inbound requests from both customers and partners.

    Your role will involve guiding the team through the utilization of our products and services, ensuring each interaction is a positive and pleasant experience, while also serving as an escalation when needed.

    This role will also be responsible for customer onboarding and project management of new deployments.


    Responsibilities:
    Act as the liaison between Sales and other departments within the company to coordinate efforts, provide status updates, etc.
    Serve as customers' main point of contact for new installations.
    Ensure seamless and positive onboard experience for new and existing customers.
    Develop and maintain new customers on boarding processes.
    Host training session with customers to ensure they understand all relevant platform capabilities.
    Assist the Project Managers with account setup activities (creating accounts, creating users, back-end configuration, etc.)
    Coordinate with support and operations teams to ensure any issues during installations are resolved in a timely manner.
    Interact with clients on a regular and ongoing basis
    Triage incoming issues and effectively prioritize based on severity
    Provide feedback to other departments to help with root cause analysis
    Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure we are executing flawlessly
    Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations
