Implementation Specialist - Land Data Management Solutions


Peloton is looking to grow our Land Data Management Solutions team with the addition of an Implementation Specialist within our Houston, TX office.

The objective of this role is to support the Land Data Management Implementation, Solutions, and Business Development teams through a value-driven approach.

US Services Manager - Land Data Management Solutions


Supervisory responsibilities:


  • None

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support Implementation Team
  • Work with clients to map and deliver land data conversions for initial load, and any subsequent acquisitions
  • Assist with Technical Discussions
  • Demos, Lunch & Learns
  • Support postproduction customers
  • Provide occasional weekend phone support to clients as needed
  • Support Business Development Team
  • Deliver technical excellence presentations at staff meetings / gatherings to transfer knowledge throughout the organization
  • Meet with prospective clients to demonstrate the software. Execute appropriate followup client meetings to complete sales process
  • Pilots/Proof of Concepts
  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain highvalue relationships with key stakeholders to grow revenue
  • Maintain and update CRM
  • Other
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs and represent the customer's voice in product decisions
  • Work with all Peloton teams (Sales, Solutions, Support, and Product) to create digital strategies for target accounts
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager
  • Travel may be required (Up to 30%)

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors of Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems, or related degree is preferred
  • Experience implementing software in a previous role is preferred
  • Knowledge of Land Data Management data models and structure is preferred
  • Ability to travel from US to Canada with no restrictions is required
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Occasional travel will be required to client locations (up to 30% of the time)
