Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our team.

As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to extract valuable insights and support data-driven decision making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.


Duties:

• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
• Cleanse, validate, and transform raw data into usable formats
• Perform data analysis using various tools and techniques
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Develop and implement data quality control measures
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets
• Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in data management

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of database design principles and SQL
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift) and server administration
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
