    Associate VP, Customer Success Team at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Associate VP, Customer Success is responsible for member retention through active engagement with high-risk members.

    The Associate VP, Customer Success requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide.

    The Associate Vice President, Customer Success role leads Strategy Advancement, performance management and execution of operational excellence for Humana's customer success operations.

    Responsibilities include designing, planning, managing and assuming overall responsibilities of the CST operating model and its success.

    This role owns and runs complex operations and relationships including outside vendor relationships such as Sunfire, negotiating rates, contracts, staffing, managing performance & routing strategies.

    KPIs design and ownership with multi-faceted customer success operations. This role requires planning for three years out and set long term goals and objectives. This operation is highly complex in nature and requires collaboration and coordination with various leaders in other divisions.

    This role strategizes, operationalizes, collaborates with other leaders in Service, Centerwell pharmacy, Centerwell PCO, Retention & Growth, sales channel leaders, MarketPoint retail strategy and more.

    Will be accountable to build and foster engagement, culture and well-being across teams and lead with Humana's values of commitment, curious and caring.

    This is a non-commission/STI role.

    This is a new operation and will require creative and innovative skills to set up the operations, will also need organizational and analytical skills to make ongoing process development and improvements to deliver higher level of results.

    Have full oversight of improving retention of Humana members, reducing Orphan term rate, managing deeming, DSNP denial, CW Rx enrollment, CW PCO, unintended disenrollments, third party verification business opportunities with possibilities of further expansion of assuming disenrollment survey and DEO Outreach.

    Interdepartmental decision making, responsible for broad goals and objectives and advance business acumen to solve highly complex problems to drive results.

    Requires minimal to no direction in business development and operational excellence.
