As our first
Head of Engineering (all genders), you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our engineering strategy, streamlining engineering processes, and driving innovation through agile practices.

As a strong leader, you will inspire and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to consistently deliver top-quality software solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and ensure the successful delivery of projects within set timelines and budgets.

Additionally, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top engineering talent to support the company's growth objectives.
