    Job Description-As the Marketing & Creative Manager, you will play a VITAL role in the success of our brand & product.

    As a key team member, you will be expected to have a strong design background, a positive attitude, and to prioritize your workflow with ease.

    Those with a mastery of these skills must applyThe Marketing & Creative Manager sits at the forefront of CarSaver's Marketing & design department.

    We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Marketing & Creative manager who wants to innovate and create in a start-up environment.

    You will be responsible for the overall marketing direction, coordination and implementation of marketing and site activation initiatives on assigned properties in Nashville with the goal of adding value to CarSaver assets.

    You will be a DRIVING FORCE behind CarSaver's innovative design materials. You are someone who takes pride in your work and pays very high attention to details. You are a creative mind with a passion for marketing & design.

    Success in this role requires working cross departmentally with Marketing, Product, and Dev teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing and brand assets that drive consistent traffic and enhance search profile for the brand.

    KPI's will be directly tied to traffic and revenue goals.
    Main Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and manage strategic marketing initiatives and plans, including the design our our consumer, dealer and investor facing materials and the production of a variety of digital & print materials including: brochures, investor presentations, social media campaigns & ads, marketing assets, web banners, and graphics for videos.

    Effortlessly create and execute through all phases of design from concept to distribution, including layout, formatting, production, and publishingTake on Ad-hoc projects while meeting tight deadlinesSuggest improvements in process and productivity optimizationFlexible with the ability to work under specific instructions on some projects and to generate organic ideas on other projectsCreate, curate, and manage properties' social media strategy, design, and content with Digital Marketing Strategist; develop and expand social community and/or influencer outreachAssist with additional branding efforts and strategy for market placement that can be applied across websites, signage, video, photography, etc.

    Confer on marketing initiatives, plans, goal setting, and budget for approval; ensure that budgets and timelines are complete, accurate, and adhered to - discussing any variances in advance of expendituresCreate project designs, budgets and timelinesInterface and manage relationships with graphic designers, vendors such as printers, copywriters, photographers and other third-partySite Activation & Events

    • Design strategy, budget and calendar for property site activation and event programming
    • Compile and assess third-party providers including set designers, caterers, musicians, photographers, and others
    • Ideate and curate event aesthetic and event marketing collateral
    • Responsible for obtaining the necessary event contracts and documents
    • Manage entertainment and event space bookings
    • Special projects and research as required; i.e. social media trends, trades show design and logistics, corporate marketing initiatives Working Conditions
