    Are you a senior accounting or finance professional looking to make the next move in your career? Are you eager to put your skills to work in a stable, growing company where your voice will be heard? Our Accounting Manager position reconciles account balances, maintains the general ledger, and prepares month-end close procedures.

    As our Accounting Manager, you will combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

    What You'll Do

    Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    Maintain general ledger account reconciliations and post-month-end journal entries
    Reconcile intercompany accounts
    Prepare financial statements
    Assist with tax audits and tax returns
    Support month-end and year-end close process

    Requirements

    Education/Experience and Other Requirements

    BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
    Relevant certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) will be preferred
    Proven experience in a high-level accounting role
    Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
    In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
    Hands-on experience with accounting software packages (e.g., QuickBooks)
    Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables

    Expertise Needed

    Awareness of business trends
    Familiarity with financial accounting statements
    Accuracy and attention to detail
    Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
