- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, construction management or related fields
- 5+ years of related experience
- Actively pursuing architecture license preferred for growth in career path.
- Proficient Revit knowledge
- Self-starter
- Previously demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deltek Vantagepoint Software knowledge a plus
- Willingness to travel, if needed
- Experience producing and coordinating Construction Documents in Revit
- Experience producing and coordinating Project Manual
- Coordinate with Senior Project Manager to ensure subcontracts and change orders are completed and executed in a timely manner.
- Utilize Senior Project Manager's input for budgets, planning, tracking, and close-out in GHP's ERP
- Review and approve invoices with Senior Project Manager
- Alerts the Senior Project Manager and/or Vice President of Studio immediately upon issues developed during the project.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining proposals and contracts.
- Assist in report writing and other project documentation.
- Communicate with clients as needed.
- Manage, track, and coordinate project needs.
- Record information from client meetings as needed
- Produce construction documents in Revit
- Produce project specifications and coordinate complete Project Manual
- Rely on design background to assist Project Manager with solving design challenges throughout the project
- Assists in planning the overall project strategy from start to finish, reassess as needed.
- Assists in Scheduling sub-consultants, sub-contractors, and team members (external and internal) to assist in completion of the project.
- Assists in Budgeting the overall project to provide adequate fees to our clients.
- Assists in project set up and processes.
- Assists in development of appropriate and quality documentation necessary to a successful project.

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager and VP, Director of Architecture in the day-to-day tasks including updating project budgets, plans, invoicing, AP, contracts, reports, and filing necessary to run a successful project. This key individual will ensure the financial performance of GHP's projects is correctly measured on a monthly basis. They will assist the Senior Project Managers with the financial life cycle of their projects from the bidding process to project close out.
The APM will rely on their design/ construction background and collaborate on design solutions as required by each project including producing project specific construction details. The APM will be responsible for creating project documents in Revit for all phases of the project.
The APM will be responsible for writing specifications and coordination with each discipline to create a project manual. They will assist in coordinating and submitting construction documents to all AHJs necessary for project building permits. This person will assist the Senior Project Manager throughout all phases of the project to include construction administration and job site observation and reports.
