Description

Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: Jupiter, FL

Pay Rate: $85,000-$110,000 Salary Based On Experience

Looking to HIRE RIGHT AWAY

Must haves:

4+ years' experience construction project management
Overseeing Construction Project Timelines, budgets, communicating with vendors and subcontractors
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience desired.
Proficient with Microsoft Project.
Estimating experience including ability to perform take-offs, create scope sheets, and knowledge with writing Subcontracts.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision and across multiple projects and project teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pluses:

Health Care Construction Experience Preferred

AHCA Knowledge of Guidelines and Plans

Procore Software

Day to Day:

Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to assist in the development of accurate and detailed cost estimates.
Assist in developing and preparing bid packages and scope sheets for subcontractors, including specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
Assist with takeoffs of materials, labor, and equipment required for each project phase.
Develop and maintain project cost control plans and identify potential cost risks.
Assist Project Executive in consolidation and analysis of project specific bid proposals from vendors. This includes evaluation for scope adherence, cost, and schedule adherence.
Meeting Management Including Preconstruction, Kick-Off, Trade, Safety, and OAC Meetings
Financial Management Including Issuance of Payment Applications, Change Management, Monthly Forecasting and Budget Management Throughout Project
Manage Project Closeout and Turnover Process
Maintain and Track Project Information in Procore as Required
Assist the Superintendents as Necessary Throughout the Project and Provide All Information Necessary to Help Them Perform Their Daily Duties
