- Analysis and detection of customer segments to carry out marketing automation actions to achieve greater value from them.
- Execute campaigns with different marketing automation tools for customer acquisition, retention and penetration, in collaboration with each of the categories, which will boost both sales growth and customer value.
- Define specific KPIs for each campaign and monitor them, to optimize actions and new approaches more adjusted to the needs.
- Analyze the behavior of each campaign to identify insights and trends that guide the process and improve the impact on the business.
- Construction of the customer journey, lead nurturing, lead scoring, briefing, workflows and triggers
- Configuration, parameterization and testing of the tool to use
- Definition of the customer data model and campaign strategy
- Planning, design, development, launch and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
- Email segmentation, A/B testing and personalization.
- Management and treatment of landings for email marketing campaigns.
