    LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client in . This is an opportunity to join an industry leader who has doubled in size in recent years and is on a growth trajectory to double again within the next five years. In this role, you will oversee the supply chain process including inventory control through shipping to global customers. The compensation is commensurate to experience and ranges between $85,000-100,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefit package, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Direct a supply base that achieves benchmarks on quality, cost, delivery, and innovation

    · Manage resources to ensure flow of material of all products from receipt to shipment to the customer

    · Coordinate material and finished products between locations and to end customers

    · Drive daily performance of the warehouse and materials teams

    · Communicate, support, and ensure the achievement of daily expectations

    · Conduct in-depth cost and spend analyses within your department, develop cost savings initiatives, and achieve all cost reduction savings targets

    · Track and manage inventory levels to ensure availability while ensuring proper inventory dollars are maintained per company guidelines

    · Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects

    · Assist with Kanban and Kaizen activities

    · Manage the recruitment, hiring procedures, and professional development of the supply chain team

    · Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments in your respective categories

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is highly preferred

    · Minimum of 5 years of supply chain management or logistics management experience within a manufacturing setting is required

    · Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role is required

    · Preference toward candidates with a Lean background or Six Sigma Belt

    · Strong Excel skills and understanding of ERP systems and RFI/RFQ sourcing processes is required

    · Must possess a track record of being a results-driven person who consistently meets and exceeds organizational goals

    · Must be a natural problem-solver who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
