- Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to ensure all new hires have completed all the necessary steps prior to hire; including but not limited to Application paperwork, CORI checks, National criminal background checks, education verifications, OIG checks, Immunizations, and verification of professional licenses (Nursing licenses, Medical Assistant Certificate, etc.).
- Assist in routine HR procedures; Generate, route, and file required documents in email, MS teams and our proprietary system
- Liaise with Compliance team to ensure timely close out of all open background check cases
- Serve as the escalation point for recruiting and hiring managers on candidate's progression through the background check process
- Coordinates with Recruiting teams as necessary to support candidate onboarding including gathering and submitting all necessary forms/paperwork
- Assists in solving onboarding screening issues as necessary through internal communication with the Recruiting teams and Account Managers
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Some college background preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Assertive and confident communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal/verbal and written communication
- Excellent computer skills (preferably Microsoft Office and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills
