    Job Description

    Reporting to the New Hire Experience Manager, the Talent Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the candidate experience throughout the onboarding process for both internal and external associates. The Coordinator will ensure a top-notch candidate experience and manage the onboarding of all associates, including handling necessary forms, scheduling health and I-9 appointments, ensuring completion of all onboarding requirements such as background checks, compliance, and system access setup.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
    • Interest in Human Resources field
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters during onboarding
    • Lead new employee onboarding process
    • Communicate with new hires to ensure completion of pre-employment requirements
    • Set up employees in HRIS systems
    • Create reports in ATS
    • Identify and implement improvements in onboarding experience
    • Collaborate with team leadership on projects
