- Manage a program utilizing a proprietary process for Program Management.
- Manage supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met.
- Act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative.
- Manage timelines, status reports, statistics, and program expenditures.What You Know
- Must have experience with implementing complex technical solutions, and partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Must have strong portfolio management finance skills – managing a budget of $10M+.
- Strong innovation and facilitation skills.
- Proven oral and written communication skills; Presentation skills.
- Sound analytical skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
- Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.Education
