Position Overview:We are searching for a motivated Program Manager to join our Firmwide GenAI team.
The Program Manager will play a vital role in supporting the deployment of GenAI solution, assisting in project execution, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination:
Assist in developing project plans and scheduled for GenAI initiatives. Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives under the guidance of senior team members.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Support effective communication with internal stakeholders, including product owners, engineering teams and other key personnel. Participate in meetings to provide updates, gather feedback and address project-related issues.
Risk Identification:
Assist in identifying potential risk and issues that may impact project delivery. Work with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies and monitor project performance to address challenges proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project alignment and synergy. Contribute ideas and insights to drive collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing across GenAI initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Support the monitoring of project performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress against objectives. Assist in generating regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide visibility into project status and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the effectiveness of GenAI programs.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
