3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

As a Program Manager on the Domains Legal team you are responsible for managing Amazon's domain name portfolio and supporting our businesses that deliver domain names and top-level domains to customers.

We are seeking a curious and motivated individual to help manage our domain name assets and support our rapidly growing domain name businesses.

In this role you will oversee domain name registration, management, and protection, as well as support enforcement efforts, abuse monitoring, and risk mitigation.

You will also provide strategic and operational support for Amazon's top-level domains.

This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with business and legal teams to develop and drive program strategy, engage with the domain name industry on operational and policy issues, and implement process improvements.
