    Direct Hire Part-Time

    TempExperts is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to join a prestigious organization in Tampa, FL.

    Job Summary:
    The Office Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating all internal events and working closely with the Assistant Executive Director on multiple projects.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and managing company events.
    • Must be detail oriented and comfortable dealing with quick deadlines.
    • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
    • Social Media posting experience a plus.
