    The Brearley School, located in New York City, is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to take on the role of Advancement Database Manager.     About the Role:

    As the Advancement Database Manager (ADM), you play a crucial part in maintaining and structuring Brearley's Raiser's Edge/NXT database. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, you will oversee gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and information storage. Your work influences every aspect of development at Brearley and supports various fundraising projects and analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development database, managing approximately 4,000 alums, parents, and other constituents.
    • Input gifts and pledges, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
    • Produce reports to support decision-making and fundraising progress.
    • Define gift receipt processes and maintain donor records.
    • Provide data files for internal and external reporting needs.
    • Assist in creating mailing lists and reports for events.
    • Train colleagues on best practices for database use.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Raiser's Edge/NXT.
    • Prior experience with donor databases preferred.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
    • Team player with excellent communication skills.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include health and welfare options, retirement plans, professional development support, and more.
