- High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience as a customer service representative, content/knowledge/information analyst or other related experience is required.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a technology, customer service, operations, or medical services environment within the medical/health related industry required.
- Experience with knowledge management tools such as SharePoint or Salesforce Knowledge is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to retrieve, analyze data and statistics, as well as strong problem-solving skills that enable quick identification and efficient resolution of opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to produce and present comprehensive reports and effectively allocate and manage resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and shape strategic priorities to meet operational needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with a diverse group of operational management, support staff and external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Visio.

The Content Management Analyst is responsible for the development, facilitation, management, maintenance and archiving of all content such as policies, procedures, desk levels, talking points, content materials, job aids and announcements. This position will design, develop, and maintain internal department team sites. They will analyze knowledge utilization to drive optimal search results and improve customer self-service. The Content Management Analyst must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as they are responsible to work in a collaborative manner with the business areas to create understandable materials.
