    HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
    • You'll join our Resource Management (RM) Team performing a wide variety of administrative and analytical tasks to support the Program Management Office.
    • You'll maintain an accurate view of workforce across FTEs, Contractors, and Leveraged resources.
    • You'll administer staff life cycle processes.
    • You'll support program staffing and immigration processing.
    • You'll process staff queries.
    • You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program's RM processes and tools


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent years of related experience


    Required Experience:
    • Two (2) years of relevant program support experience
    • Two (2) years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
    • Two (2) years of staffing/hiring experience
    • Two (2) years working in an interrupt driven environment
    • One (1) year Process and Procedure development experience
    • Healthcare background and Immigration experience is a plus


    Required Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
    • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced, interrupt driven environment. Customer focus and responsiveness is a priority.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency with the flexibility to quickly adjust to changing priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and to respond to quick turnaround tasks

    Salary and Benefit Information
    The likely salary range for this position is $66,300 - $89,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
