- Recommends system modifications to enhance user experience and minimize issues.
- Resolves basic technical problems efficiently.
- Responds to user assistance requests by managing incident report tickets and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Diagnoses and resolves incidents related to passwords, software, and business operations following defined procedures.
- Installs software, troubleshoots errors, and assists users with software usage.
- Handles incidents concerning computer hardware, LAN/WAN systems, and security, escalating when necessary.
- Maintains a knowledge database with issue resolutions for user self-support troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in computer hardware, operating systems, and IT procedures.
- Knowledge of PC operating systems (Windows XP and Windows 7) and network operating systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and IT infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
