    Description

    POSITION

    LendingTree is in search of an experienced Director of IT Operations to join their leadership team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the IT Operations strategy, dedicated to operational excellence and exceptional customer service. We need someone who can lead the IT Operations roadmap, ensuring smooth execution aligned with business goals. Mentor and guide a team of IT professionals, leveraging your expertise in IT operations, process optimization, and change management. Encourage strategic thinking and innovation, fostering a culture that embraces change and rapid growth.

    For this position, we are seeking experience overseeing the following teams:

    • Compliance (PCI/SOX compliance)
    • Information Security
    • Help Desk/Desktop analyst
    • Networking
    • Production support

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT operational strategies that align with LendingTree's mission and objectives.
    • Team Oversight: Provide guidance for Compliance, Information Security, Desktop Analyst, platform engineering, and Networking teams.
    • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with PCI/SOX standards and handle audits related to IT controls.
    • Information Security: Collaborate with the security team to establish and execute comprehensive security programs.
    • Desktop Analyst: Lead the team to deliver outstanding support to internal stakeholders.
    • Networking: Manage the Networking team to maintain and enhance the network infrastructure.
    • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors to ensure they meet company standards.
    • Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT Operations budget efficiently.
    • Policy Development: Establish and enforce IT policies that enhance operational efficiency and data security.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills managing cross-functional teams.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, information security, help desk operations, and networking.
    • Strategic Planning: Experience in strategic planning within IT operations.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills engaging with all organizational levels.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
    • Project Management: Proficient in managing complex IT projects.

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 10 years in IT operations with significant leadership experience.
