This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills, along with exceptional communication abilities, to deliver impactful email experiences.
This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, encompassing conceptualization, design, segmentation, and deploymentAssist in the creation and implementation of personalized email marketing strategiesImplement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performanceEnsure strict adherence to email marketing best practices, industry regulations, and CAN-SPAM lawsManage and maintain the email marketing calendar to ensure timely campaign executionAssist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics for email campaigns, deriving actionable insights for optimizationCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing effortsEffectively communicate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and deliverablesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of email marketing best practices and CANSPAM lawsProficiency in email marketing platforms (Eloqua, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Knowledge of HTML email developmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinker with a keen eye for detailEducation & Experience:
A bachelor's degree or related experience2-4 years of experience in email marketingPreferred experience with SalesforceCompensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $65,000-$80,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location.
