    Description

    A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Finance professional to join their team as their new Finance Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

    • Identifying funding opportunities
    • Developing grant proposals
    • Managing grant budgets and expenditures
    • Overseeing compliance with grant terms and regulations
    • Coordinating grant closeout procedures
    • Providing support during audits and compliance reviews
    • Assisting in the development of grant compliance policies and procedures
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvement in grant management

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in a finance-related background
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field
    • Experience with NYS Grants Gateway, Oracle ERP, NIH ASSIST, , eRA Commons, eBARP, National Institute of Health
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in Research Grant Management
    • Experience in Financial Analysis
