    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Development:
    Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and market opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends to adapt and evolve strategies as needed.

    Lead Generation and Management:
    Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to expand our client base. Utilize a mix of outbound and inbound tactics to generate new business opportunities.

    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their marketing and advertising efforts through our AI technology.

    Performance Tracking:
    Set sales targets and KPIs to measure team performance. Use CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.

    Team Leadership and Development:
    Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve their sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team stays at the forefront of industry knowledge and sales techniques.

    Collaboration and Feedback:


    Work closely with the product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies.


    Market Expansion:
    Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including new industries, geographies, and channels.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the tech, AI, or creative industries.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and techniques.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to understand and articulate complex technologies to a non-technical audience.
    Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
    Highly motivated, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
    Passion for technology and its application in marketing and advertising.
