**About the Role** This role will inspire and lead a team of account executives to drive net new business and add-on revenue growth from enterprises in the autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, and software industries. This new addition to our leadership team will be responsible for growing and developing a sales team from the ground up, initially building out our Product Specialist and Enterprise Account Management functions in North America. We are looking for an ambitious sales leader who is actively seeking a non-linear experience at a hyper growth company. + Motivate a high performing team to drive revenue growth through a positive, high-touch customer experience
+ Build a diverse and high performing culture that inspires performance and achievement
+ Support the broader sales team by providing key resources and by clearing roadblocks to help individual reps achieve and exceed their revenue goals
+ Actively engage, attract, and secure top talent
+ Train, develop, and coach team towards achieving maximum success
+ Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings/forecasts to senior leadership
+ Work closely with the extended cross functional leadership team and develop ongoing internal partnerships with various business units including Sales, Engineering, and Marketing
**Were looking for someone who has:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
+ 4+ years of field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization
+ Experience building out and managing a successful sales team
+ Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts; lengthy sales cycles
+ Demonstrated experience identifying and maximizing relationships with key decision makers
+ Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level
+ Proven top performer (consistently exceeds targets)
+ At minimum, conducted two consecutive annual performance reviews
