- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement frontend requirements.
- Drive the technical direction of frontend architecture and ensure best practices are followed.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage and prioritize frontend engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably leading frontend engineering teams.
- Proven track record of delivering complex frontend projects on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
