  • Active, solution-oriented customer support and consulting on a variety of technical and process-related IT topics
  • Recording and analysis of customer requirements and accompanying them in agile and traditional project processes
  • Collaboration on IT concepts, creation of user stories, and support during development and testing phases
  • Communication with internal and external contacts in German and English
