    As we gear up for a special popup fundraising event, we're seeking a dedicated Popup Event Fundraising Coordinator to play a key role in the success of this impactful initiative.


    Responsibilities:

    Event Planning:
    Coordinate all aspects of the popup fundraising event, from venue setup to logistics and participant engagement

    Fundraising Support:
    Actively engage with event attendees, encouraging participation in fundraising activities and explaining the impact of their contributions

    Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with volunteers and team members to ensure a seamless and successful event

    Promotional Activities:
    Assist in promotional efforts, both pre-event and on-site, to maximize attendance and participation

    Data Collection:
    Gather essential participant information for future outreach and engagement

    Requirements:

    Passion for Social Causes:
    A genuine interest in and commitment to the nonprofit sector and the causes we champion

    Event Coordination Skills:
    Previous experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous but not mandatory

    Effective Communication:
    Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse audience and communicate the mission effectively

    Team Player:
    Ability to collaborate with volunteers and team members to achieve shared goals

    Flexibility:
    Willingness to adapt to changing event dynamics and responsibilities

    Qualifications:
    Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for making a positive impact.
