    We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our company full time in Conshohocken, PA.

    The Financial|Pricing Analyst is responsible for the oversight and accountability for all analytical pricing activities related to timely, accurate and audit compliant submissions to Medicare.


    Duties & Responsibilities:


    Play a key role in the organization with owning the Medicare ASP Quarterly submissions process from data harvest, evaluation, accuracy, and final calculations.

    This is a critical position in the Biotech space


    Communicates findings, trend analyses and recommendations verbally and in writing to management and other stakeholders.


    Identifies marketing strategies to increase profits.



    Ability to read, research and understand guidance from Government and other agencies while retaining, applying, and growing your knowledge base.


    Reconciliation of payments or other finance functions such as reconciliation of data to the G|L.


    Reviews and approves day-to-day pricing events under authority and delegation.


    Develops and manages reporting templates used to analyze and interpret data.


    Ensures data quality of all outgoing reports and analyses.


    Designs complex ad hoc reports to support a variety of functional areas.


    Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials (i.e., market competitive trends, customer specific trending)


    Identify process improvement opportunities and develop or enhance tools to assist in the work deliverables.


    Provide recommendations and review the analysis and business drivers based on cost-benefit analysis interpretation.


    Provides on the job training, guidance, and quality review to the team.


    Anticipate the consequences of pricing and business analysis decisions while weighing multiple factors, and review as appropriate with management.


    Act as project manager and provide analytical support | guidance for major ASP reporting and impact on ASP from New Revenue Contracts


    Review and action contract compliance monthly.


    Provide guidance and recommendations on pricing activities, initiatives, and deliverables for the organization.


    Analyze and prepare analysis for marketing and contracting and provide pricing recommendations based on these analysis and feedback.


    Use databases and tools to obtain, prepare, compile, and analyze information.


    Analyze key KPIs such as forecast accuracy to drive improvements in our demand planning.


    Work with marketing and supply chain to ensure the demand forecast is entered into the system.


    Provide support during the new molecule process by ensuring models and information is up to date.


    Support the financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning process.


    Coordinates all activities related to RF|Bid preparation, review, approval and submission.


    Collaborates with finance to facilitate issue resolution and support of accrual information need.


    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.


    Expert level Data Analyst with experience in data driven tools|technology.


    Must have experience in pricing Pharma or Biotechnology


    Experience with CMS Medicare submission


    Experience working with Microsoft programs.


    Good knowledge of QuickBooks and|or other accounting software

    Salary:

    $75k-$125k (Depends on Experience)
