    Vasion is looking for a Project Manager, Marketing that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team.

    We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our marketing team and help drive our growth.
    Primary Responsibilities

    Project Planning and Strategy:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives
    Identify and manage project risks and proactively address issues that may impact project success while managing stakeholder expectations

    Resource Allocation:
    Manage and allocate resources efficiently to ensure projects are adequately staffed
    Monitor project workload and determine resources as needed to complete projects

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including marketing teams, senior leadership, and external partners
    Provide regular updates on project progress and status reports
    Collaborate with marketing leaders to define project objectives and strategies

    Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with marketing goals
    Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle

    Team Leadership:
    Lead, coach, and support a team of project managers and marketing specialists, providing guidance and development by exemplifying company values
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
    5+ years experience as a project manager within marketing
    Experience with various project management, asset management, and proofing software platforms such as Favro, Asana, Workfront, Google Suite, and Ziflow
    Experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams
    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience managing creative marketing projects
    An understanding of a sprint workflow and best practices
    Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently
    Ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment
