    Job Description


    As a leading global CPG company with products distributed in over 100 countries, we are seeking an International Marketing Manager to join our in-office team in Lehi, UT.

    This role is pivotal in scaling our direct-to-consumer, distributor, and retailer channels as we continue to expand our global footprint.

    Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to various international markets.
    Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure alignment with global marketing goals.
    Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
    Work closely with the Sr. Director of Global Expansion to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
    Coordinate with the VP of Marketing to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels and regions.
    Manage marketing budgets and campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in targeted markets.
    Qualifications

    We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment.

    For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing with a focus on international markets.
    Strong understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in various international regions.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
    Willingness to travel internationally
