    The Role and Mission...
    As a Marketing Project Manager at Boostability, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Operations department while closely collaborating with the Marketing Team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of projects to ensure Boostability's brand shines brightly and delivers exceptional value to our partners and customers across digital platforms.

    This position is based out of Utah and will follow a hybrid, remote/in-office schedule.

    Compensation: $65k annually + DOE.

    Schedule: Hybrid schedule, in-office and remote work. We are looking for a candidate who is based out of Utah and available to come into the office for meetings, as needed.


    A Typical Day Might Include...

    • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
    • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support the successful implementation of marketing projects. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and meet objectives.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all marketing deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of outputs.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive optimization efforts.

    Requirements

    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Has proven experience in project management in a marketing or digital agency environment.
    • Brings strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Comes with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Is proficient in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
    • Has an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
    • Is detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward decision-making and independent work.
    • Has experience in documenting, creating, and enhancing processes and workflows.
