    Description
    Doba is a fun, casual, challenging, fast growing technology company and online leader in drop shipping. Previously listed as the #23 fastest growing company on the Inc. 500, Doba is now seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead client expansion efforts.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both the marketing initiatives and operational functions of the organization.

    You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, while also ensuring efficient and effective operational processes across various departments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy Development:
    Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
    Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with customer needs and sales objectives.
    Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

    Brand Management:
    Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
    Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audience segments.
    Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, website content, PR releases, blogs, presentations, and advertisements.

    Team Leadership and Development:
    Lead and mentor a team of marketing and operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
    Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment conducive to creativity and productivity.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    Proven experience (3 years+) in eCommerce, with a focus on Dropshipping (preferred).
    Proven experience (5 years+) in digital marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies.
    Experience in operations management, including process optimization and team leadership, is highly desirable.
    Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
    Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    Must currently live in Utah.
