    Job Description

    As a leading global CPG company with products distributed in over 100 countries, we are seeking an International Marketing Manager to join our in-office team in Lehi, UT. This role is pivotal in scaling our direct-to-consumer, distributor, and retailer channels as we continue to expand our global footprint.

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to various international markets.
    • Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure alignment with global marketing goals.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
    • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Global Expansion to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the VP of Marketing to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels and regions.
    • Manage marketing budgets and campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in targeted markets.
    Qualifications

    We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing with a focus on international markets.
    • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in various international regions.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
    • Willingness to travel internationally
