    We have immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions in our dental practices, and we are looking for individuals who are compassionate, attentive, and driven to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and communities.

    As a Treatment Coordinator at Gentle Dental, you will oversee the entire patient journey from clinical evaluation to treatment approval. Your role involves effectively communicating financial plans and available choices based on the recommended treatment. Our Treatment Coordinators guide patients towards achieving a happy and healthy smile from the initial consultation to the final treatment.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical setting
    • Proficiency in computer skills (experience with QSI/Denticon is a plus)
    • Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
    • Prior experience in presenting Treatment Plans and discussing service costs is preferred

    Salary Range:

    • $23 - $27 per hour

    Schedule:

    Full-time position with 40 hours per week
