    Job Description

    We are a top-notch oral surgery practice focused on providing outstanding care to our patients and excellent service to our referring doctors. We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and caring team player to join us in expanding the practice and meeting the oral surgery needs of our community. Prior experience in oral surgery is a bonus but not mandatory.

    The role of the Treatment Coordinator is crucial in delivering exceptional patient care, achieving optimal clinical results, and meeting patient needs effectively.

    Hours: Mon-Th 8a-5p, Fri 8a-2p


    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Welcoming and assisting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, providing cost estimates, and handling patient financial matters.
    • Managing the doctor's schedule and communicating with patients and referring offices.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • One year of customer service experience is necessary.
    • Preferably, some background in medical or dental fields.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of dental terminology.
    • Friendly, professional demeanor.
    • Basic office skills like typing and filing.
    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
    • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
