    We have immediate openings for part-time positions in our dental offices and are looking for team members who are compassionate, attentive, and enthusiastic about assisting our patients and communities. Join our team of Treatment Coordinators at Gentle Dental, where you will guide patients through the entire treatment process, from diagnosis to accepting treatment, while effectively explaining financial planning and available options. Our Treatment Coordinators play a key role in leading patients to a bright and healthy smile.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical setting
    • Proficient in using computers (knowledge of QSI/Denticon is a plus)
    • Proficiency in more than one language is advantageous
    • Prior experience in presenting Treatment Plans and discussing service costs is preferred

    Pay Range:

    • $19-$22 per hour DOE

    Education

    Required
    • High School diploma or equivalent
