    Description

    We are currently looking to fill full-time and part-time positions in our dental facilities. We are searching for team players who are compassionate, attentive, and driven to contribute positively to the well-being of our patients and communities.

    As part of our team at Gentle Dental, Treatment Coordinators oversee the entire patient journey from diagnosis to treatment approval. You will effectively explain financial arrangements and available choices based on the recommended treatment. From the initial consultation to the final visit, our Treatment Coordinators guide patients towards a happy and healthy smile.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical setting
    • Proficiency in computer usage (experience with QSI/Denticon is advantageous)
    • Being bilingual is a bonus
    • Prior experience in presenting Treatment Plans and explaining service costs is preferred

    Salary Range:

    • $27.00 per hour

    Schedule:

    Full-time, 40 hours per week

    Education
