    R&R Heating is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. At R&R Heating, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction with our heating and A/C solutions.     As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering the best possible customer experience.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    Salary Description

    $20-$22+DOE/HR
