De Rigo REM, a leader in the design and distribution of fashion eyewear, located in the Northeast San Fernando Valley, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Level III.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about details and excellent at both verbal and written communication.
As a Customer Service Representative (Level III), you will play a pivotal role in providing exemplary customer support through inbound and outbound calls.
You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, providing guidance to lower-level representatives and collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Strong communication skills to answer customers inquiries clearly.
- Process online orders received through our customer facing and internal Rep portals.
- Inventory: understand stock screen; quantity allocated, backorders, knowing delivery date of expected product.
- Backorders: expected backorder date; backorder list; backorder release; and invoicing, picking, and shipping of backorders.
- Track packages and perform various tasks associated with the transit of our product.
- Issue return authorizations to customers.
- Work on projects as assigned by Management.
- Ability to use positive language.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 to 3 years' customer service call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills, prioritizing active listening and empathy.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Professional business demeanor
- Quick & accurate data entry
- Proficiency at MS Word/Excel
- Sales support experience
- SAP experience a plus
Application Process
Pay Range:
$19.78-$21.50 depending on experience.
