    The Role


    To support our rapid growth, TraceLink is seeking a Business Manager for our healthcare business that serves health systems, IDNs, retail, and independent pharmacies.

    Pharmacies are experiencing substantial change due to decreasing skilled talent, increasing drug costs, and a growing number of recalls and drug shortages.

    The Business Manager will create our go-to-market strategy, including positioning and demonstrating the value of TraceLink's solutions.

    The Business Manager will routinely engage customers and prospective buyers to understand, at a detailed level, their business and operational challenges and the value that TraceLink's solutions can provide.

    The Business Manager is an entrepreneur leading the healthcare business within a larger organization. This is a high visibility position within TraceLink with daily interactions with the senior and executive management team.

    Responsibilities
    Develop strategic and competitive positioning, messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and value propositions
    Develop go-to-market strategies for pharmacies in the United States and other markets as required.
    Partner with the Demand Generation and Content Marketing teams to set the lead generation and sales enablement strategy.
    Collaborate with value engineering to develop models quantifying TraceLink's value and competitive differentiation.
    Create materials to educate and train TraceLink field teams so that they can communicate TraceLink's value

    Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives at pharmacies and become a valued thought leader in the healthcare pharmacy and supply chain markets.

    Collaborate with product management and the services center of excellence to determine product roadmap prioritizations and service model strategies.
    Manage TraceLink's product commercialization process for new products and strategic functions for assigned products

    Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, including sales, marketing, industry solutions, product management, and business management, to provide prioritization to the product roadmap, manage the go-to-market for new products, and support existing products.

    Analyze KPIs for assigned products, including total addressable market, market penetration, win/loss analysis, and average selling price, and recommend strategies based on that analysis.

    Work with the GM, Track & Trace / Compliance, to identify strategic growth areas and business expansion.


    Qualifications:


    A minimum of years experience, with a prior work history directly in pharmacy operations or selling solutions into that market.

    Expert in understanding healthcare, specifically pharmacy operations, pharmacy systems, and KPIs.
    Expert in working with users and business stakeholders to gather market requirements, develop business cases, and formulate strategy
    Expert communicator, including writing, speaking, and presenting.
    Comfortable analyzing market and user data to make decisions.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple high-priority items.
    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. MBA is a plus.
