    Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst. Perform research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of the organization. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving business processes, efficiencies, and practices in potential Interim and/or Future States.


    Responsibilities:

    • Have working knowledge of BPMN process best practices
    • Provide status for reporting and ongoing improvement focus on process KPI's monthly to PGM/PM
    • Maintain the FSC Software Development SharePoint and Github sites, ensuring proper organizational process, structure, and currency
    • Take notes during meetings as requested, transcribe to electronic format, and send to appropriate personnel
    • This position employs Business Process Improvement methodologies and analytics in participating or leading small to possibly increasingly complex process improvement projects focused on increasing customer satisfaction QASP scores, reducing operational resource delays and expenses, and improving productivity in the Federal Government environment
    • Coordinate and engage internally and externally to help maintain business processes and associated documentation to ensure compliance, current process information, and alignment with Enterprise goals/standards
