What You'll Do As our Transportation Engineering Project Manager, you'll be asked to take on dynamic engineering projects.

    We'll also count on you to:
    Develop and grow our transportation engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
    Maintain and expand client relationships with the help of branch managers and other project managers throughout the firm.
    Manage multiple projects and assignments while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, communication and quality.
    What It Takes Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

    If you have seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk.


    Ideally, you'll also:
    Have a proven track record of successful project design and management.
    Be a licensed professional engineer or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.

    Have a minimum of five years of relevant project/client experience with Illinois, Wisconsin and/or Iowa departments of transportation and/or the Illinois Tollway.

    Have a strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems and roadway design for residential, commercial and industrial sites
    Speak and write well.
    Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
    Be a team player and excel at mentoring others.
    Have a passion for crafting tailored solutions and going above and beyond for our clients.
