Project Manager
We're searching for a highly qualified project manager to help us launch a major initiative that is key to supporting our mission and vision.
Objectives of this role
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met; report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing daytoday contact on project status and changes
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
- Promote and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork through the establishment of successful interpersonal relationships with coworkers and clients
Required skills and qualifications
- Four or more years of project management experience
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Experience with software implementation
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Creating long
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

Pay:
$84, $90,000.00 per year
