    VP - Enterprise Brand Performance

    Location:

    What You'll Do
    Be a problem solver rather than a problem spotter
    Report and work closely with the SVP of Enterprise Brand Success
    Be focused on driving both REEF and our Kitchen brands to success through the continuous extraction of data-driven insights and ensuring the delivery of results-oriented and revenue-driving organic and paid growth initiatives
    Build strong and influential relationships with brand partners and work closely with the REEF brand ambassadors/success managers

    Track progress against the goals, reach critical targets and maintain accurate information regarding the performance of each brand constantly informing both internal and external stakeholders.

    Research trends, consumer insights, competition, and gaps for assigned brands.
    Work closely with internal stakeholders to lead cross-functional activities that will help drive brand performance, ensuring prompt follow-ups and quickly implementing changes
    Apply learnings and objectives through creative thinking and strategic problem solving
    Proactively present brands with opportunities/ideas compatible with the Company's objectives and the client's goals that will generate additional revenue
    Lead performance reviews with the brand and internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, operations)
    Demonstrate passion, commitment and integrity in all activities
    Travel up to 30% of the time

    What We Want From You:
    10+ years of restaurant experience working in customer success, operations, performance management, performance analysis or other similar roles
    A strong startup and strategic mindset and a self-starter attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
    Results oriented attitude and ability to influence your peers
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    Proven track-record of results improvement and measurable wins
    High level of follow-up, availability and responsiveness to internal and external partners
    Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills
    Proven ability to perform forecasting, sensitivity analyses, financial management, and creating financial recommendations utilizing ROI analysis
    Keen interest in food, logistics, city infrastructure
    Project management, account management or consulting experience
    Highly hands-on attitude
    Demonstrated ability in crafting effective customer presentations
    Internal stakeholder management with demonstrated excellence in working in cross-functional setups
    Excellent social, communication and relationship-building skills
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
    Ability to recognize and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure resolution is attained promptly
    Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau skills
