We are now seeking a talented and strategic Event Marketing Manager to join our team.

As an Event Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our non-traditional marketing department.

This position requires a creative and results-driven individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a go-to attitude who can lead the development and execution of comprehensive event marketing strategies, ensuring that each set up aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and business goals.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Event Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring seamless logistics, engaging activations, and optimal attendee experiences.

3.


Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing event marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

4.


Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to maximize promotional opportunities and event success.

5.


Content Creation:
Lead the creation of compelling event content and collateral, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication of our products/services.

6.


Analytics and Optimization:
Analyze event performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement of future events.

7.


Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the effectiveness of our events.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event marketing, with a successful track record of strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from data for event optimization.
  • Detailoriented and organized.

Further Requirements:


  • Availability to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evenings, to oversee event execution.
  • Willingness to travel to various event locations.

Location:
Salem, MA


Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
