- Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of Oregon Fruit product lines, as well as an understanding of our positioning vs. that of the competition
- Write content for social, website, blog, emails, etc.
- Select and manage external agencies to support marketing strategy, collateral development, digital media buys, etc.
- Author clear creative briefs for contractors/agencies to create inspiring on-brand content
- Track, measure and report key marketing metrics for continuous program innovation
- Demonstrate excellent writing talent with impeccable grammar and a 'no-typos' polish
- Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with vendors, customers and coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure

Who you are:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for digital marketing strategy and execution across three channels of business: Foodservice, Fermentation, and Ingredients for Manufacturing. The audience is B2B and messages need to articulate the benefits of Oregon Fruit and the unique role our product play in their portfolio. Channels of commerce include direct ecommerce as well as distributor networks; digital marketing programs must drive business through each of those channels. The Digital Marketing Manager partners closely with colleagues in Sales and Brand Management to deliver upon KPIs that clearly demonstrate the impact of marketing spend on the company's profitability and brand awareness. This is a fast-paced role that requires an owner's mindset and an eagerness to dig in and move initiatives forward. This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week based onsite in the Salem, Oregon headquarters.
Duties
1. Work collaboratively with Sales and Brand Management to build and execute high-impact digital marketing programs across each of the business segments, with relevant tactics specific to each commerce channel and a clear link between spend and revenue
2. Create and manage annual digital marketing budget
3. Lead with structure, clarity, and accountability: Implements clear goals, expectations, and KPIs, and holds team members and agencies accountable to deliver the business.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members and agencies to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of departmental goals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to foster their professional development and maintain high levels of productivity and quality standards.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field; minimum 5 years' experience developing and managing performance marketing programs as well as selecting and directing agencies. B2B marketing experience a plus.
Travel Requirement
This position requires up to 10% travel time, including some evenings and weekends.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as margins, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills
Job requires specialized computer skills. Complete mastery with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e-mail and use scheduling software. Experience with CRM program such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is required. Marketing automation skills a plus; eager to learn if little/no experience. Light design capabilities a plus.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
