    As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to various fields, including marketing and advertising, promotional sales, campaign management, team management, face-to-face customer service, and development of marketing plans.


    Responsibilities:
    Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
    Engage with customers face-to-face to promote client products and services.
    Assist in managing promotional events and campaigns.
    Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
    Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
    Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively promote client offerings.
    Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
